By accessing or using the Pro Subrental Marketplace ("PSM") website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Pro Subrental Marketplace website and all related services.
Pro Subrental Marketplace is designed to improve the efficiency of equipment rental and sub-rental between businesses by providing a trusted marketplace where companies can promote inventory and connect with other verified organizations.
All companies wishing to use the platform must complete the registration process and provide accurate information requested during account creation.
By registering, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with future platform guidelines, policies and updates published by PSM.
To maintain service quality, platform security, and operational reliability, Pro Subrental Marketplace monitors and logs activity occurring within the website and associated services.
Monitoring helps improve the overall user experience, supports security measures, and assists in maintaining the integrity of marketplace operations.
Equipment listed within the Pro Subrental Marketplace is considered available for rental or sub-rental unless marked otherwise by the supplier. Suppliers are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory availability and updating reservation status whenever equipment is unavailable.
Suppliers should avoid rejecting legitimate equipment requests, and renters should avoid cancelling confirmed transactions without reasonable cause. Repeated cancellations or rejected requests may negatively affect a user's marketplace reputation.
Pro Subrental Marketplace may request explanations for repeated cancellations or rejected requests. Continued misuse may result in reduced marketplace ratings or suspension from the platform.
Pro Subrental Marketplace acts solely as a marketplace that connects users and providers. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, availability, condition, delivery, cancellation, payment, or performance of equipment rented between marketplace participants.
PSM accepts no responsibility for disputes between users, including equipment descriptions, payment issues, damages, late deliveries, cancellations, or agreements entered into directly between marketplace participants.
Users are encouraged to establish their own rental agreements, insurance arrangements, and commercial contracts before completing any transaction through the platform.
Pro Subrental Marketplace is not responsible for equipment damaged during transportation, delayed deliveries, or losses occurring while equipment is being shipped between parties.
Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring that equipment is properly insured against damage, theft, or loss while being rented or sub-rented through the marketplace.
Any claims relating to damaged, lost, or stolen equipment must be resolved directly between the supplier and the renter. Pro Subrental Marketplace does not participate in dispute resolution regarding equipment damage or insurance claims.
Suppliers are responsible for maintaining insurance coverage and protecting their equipment throughout the rental process.
Users should establish separate rental agreements and verify insurance coverage before completing any transaction through the marketplace.
All users are billed according to the current pricing and membership regulations established by Pro Subrental Marketplace. By subscribing to a paid membership, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.
Late payments may negatively affect your marketplace standing. Continued non-payment may result in account suspension, termination of services, additional interest charges where applicable, and legal action to recover outstanding balances.
Users may not upload copyrighted, unlawful, offensive, or malicious material that could interfere with the operation of the Pro Subrental Marketplace platform.
PSM reserves the right to remove content that is considered misleading, harmful, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the purpose of the marketplace.
User information that is not intended for public display will be treated as confidential. Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect user information and maintain platform integrity.
Although PSM takes appropriate precautions to secure the platform, users remain responsible for protecting their own login credentials. PSM cannot accept responsibility for losses resulting from compromised accounts caused by improperly secured login information.

Pro Subrental Marketplace reserves the right to remove, modify, or delete any marketing material, listings, or posts that violate applicable laws, these Terms & Conditions, or the marketplace guidelines.
Users operate independently from PSM. Nothing contained within these Terms shall create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or employment relationship between PSM and any marketplace participant.
Suppliers remain solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, marketing content, and equipment descriptions. PSM makes no guarantees regarding user conduct or marketplace transactions.
Unauthorized use of Pro Subrental Marketplace trademarks, logos, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited. Users must not use the platform for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized copying, data extraction, infringement, or other prohibited activities.
Pro Subrental Marketplace (PSM) will not sell, share, or disclose user information to third parties except for information that users themselves choose to make publicly available through the marketplace.
Any disputes arising directly or indirectly from these Terms & Conditions or from the use of the Pro Subrental Marketplace platform shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.
Such disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts within the State of Delaware, as described in the Terms of Service.
By providing your mobile phone number during registration or while using Pro Subrental Marketplace services, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages relating to your account and marketplace activity.
Transactional messages may include account verification codes, rental request notifications, service updates, and other account-related communications.
